🎯 Core Message
Soccer, beauty salons, and modern materialistic trends act as worldly traps designed to strip people of their true identity and empty their pockets. Real peace, security, and internal fulfillment cannot be found in material appearances or consumerism, but only by standing firm upon the spiritual rock of Christ.

📜 Extended Message
I do not beat around the bush and I go straight forward with my way of thinking with Christ because there are many worldly passions that do not attract me at all. These passions only seek to make us all live in a consumerist and adventurous way, entirely manipulated by the world and its fashions and inventions full of passionate vanities.
The passion for soccer, for example, wants to make the whole world believe that we cannot live without it. It is a grand lie that the entire world is a fan, and I am very sincere and speak things as they are because this worldly passion only leaves behind losses and chaos everywhere and especially inside homes.
Not all of us follow this passion of the world. Sincerely, the only thing soccer leaves behind is taverns full of people drinking liquor, places where men and women find themselves entangled in infidelities.
The passion for soccer is tied to or highly related to outings to restaurants, bars with nightclubs like what is seen in Miami where they adulterate food or drinks, and aesthetic centers full of people who are completely tattooed, shaved, and following diabolical fashions from old times that rob people of their true identity.
Many people, because of their unhealthy passion for soccer, if they do not go to the stadium or cannot go because it is in another country, if they do not have a very large screen at home, they go to watch the games on big screens in restaurants, bar-restaurants, or taverns. During and at the end of the match, the environment fills with extreme confidence and heats up due to liquor, drugs, and game adrenaline.
They leave these places with partners they barely know at that moment. Many people already have dating relationships or are married to other individuals, but they forget about their commitments by letting themselves be carried away by fleeting adventures of the place. For me, soccer is an unhealthy passion that leads to liquor, drugs, and many fleeting adventures.
Sincerely, the only ones who win with soccer are those from FIFA, the players, the stores, and the businesses that set up big screens to attract clients. The common people only win losing money from their pockets to go to stadiums, visit places with big screens, or pay very expensive tickets to go see World Cups in another country; that is to say, everything is the commerce of a passion created in the world, in which I see no grace whatsoever in kicking a ball like a fool.
There are many people with different ways of thinking, and this happens to be mine. Soccer only generates a horrible vocabulary in people; they drink liquor, use drugs, fight, and half-kill each other, while the ones who are truly speaking are the money bills, because they are the ones playing.
That is the truth, they are the ones who are living off all the fat of the people whom they put to fight and from whom they draw money from every side, moving individuals as if they were puppets in a resounding commerce where those who allow themselves to be manipulated dance. Loose women, many of them prostitutes, go to these places because they know that single men will arrive there, many of them even married or with girlfriends, looking to see from whom they can extract money in the taverns, stadiums, or livestock fairs where there is money, liquor, and drugs.
What outrages me the most is seeing that I have traveled through places in Costa Rica where people live in shacks, in houses made entirely of rusted tin, and you see that they have a massive screen and an ultra sound system to listen to the games. Perhaps they do not even have anything to eat at home, nor furniture to sit on, but they go well-dressed to see soccer in the stadiums or to go to concerts.
In Costa Rica, the word "maje" has become crazily fashionable, and it is horrible now how children and young people open their mouths saying only "maje" here and "maje" there, acquiring in mass a very vulgar vocabulary and bad words that leave us nothing but losses. People gradually catch that vulgar way of speaking in stadiums, bars, or concerts, and they become like thugs.
When a goal is scored, they hug anyone, they set their eyes on the first person they see and hug them out of excitement, and thus, already drunk and drugged in the bars, they all fondle one another, and that is where infidelities begin, and they leave completely drunk to finish their adventures in hotels or wherever.
Those who stay in their homes because they have good screens only put the games on, deeply involved in the soccer mass within a closed circle, many drinking liquor, which is what large organizations or businesses seek so that they win, while many low-income families only experience hunger because the man leaves alone for the tavern or the stadium and spends all the money.
I do not like soccer, perhaps because of all this that I have seen; on the contrary, I like swimming much more or simply walking to exercise my body because it is a sport of lower impact on the bones and super healthy, and to exercise my mind, writing is a precious art, a mental sport that exercises my mind so as not to let myself be manipulated by that worldly passion or be stuck in that mass.
The people who watch the games are just sitting down; it is a totally passive and fattening sport for the spectator whose only action is filling the belly, getting fat, and drinking beer, liquor, and sodas crazily. It is a lie that they are practicing sport; rather, they are exposing themselves to a heart attack.
I saw since I was a little girl how people turned red-red from intense anger when their team lost, getting so excited that many almost suffered cardiac arrest, and in fact, many did, and all of this just so that taverns, bars, supermarkets, and stores win by selling expensive sports jerseys with logos to show off in cars. All of this soccer matter is tied together because after the games, people move in groups to restaurants, to hotel nightclubs like the ones seen in Miami, or to places to dance where there is a great danger of someone throwing a drug into your food or drink.
One risks that by being involved in those worldly environments; that is why we must open our eyes wide, because the Bible says it clearly that we must examine well where we place our feet and ensure we clean and shake our footwear well when leaving certain places so as not to contaminate our body or let ourselves be courted by sin.
In short, the passion for soccer is tied to or highly related to outings to restaurants, bars, and nightclubs where unfortunately and dangerously many adulterate food or drinks, and the aesthetic centers are full of people completely tattooed, shaved, and with diabolical fashions from old times that rob people of their identity.
We are bombarded not only by the passion for soccer but also by the passion for beauty salons, liquor companies, tattoo artists, and piercings, which are people who cause harm while real doctors who heal people are scarce. Now for women and men, the more destroyed they look, the better it is for them; they fill their hair with different dyes, make marks on their eyebrows, shave their hair leaving only a tail on top, and fill their bodies with horrible tattoos that look like criminals from diabolical fashions extracted from old movies.
It is horrible how many people today have destroyed their bodies; they walk around completely marked, pierced, and notably battered by alcohol and drugs. One goes to look for a known person and can no longer find them because they are unrecognizable from how much they transformed themselves.
That is exactly what the devil wants, for people to lose their identity both on the outside and on the inside. The worst part is that you go to these aesthetic centers and they are full of owners or employees who have led a lost life and walk around completely tattooed and with very strange hairstyles.
One has to be very foolish not to see what is right in front of them and to place themselves in the hands of a crazy man or a crazy woman who might even be working while drugged and, in their hallucinations, create a very strange style on your body.
The materialistic world wants to make us believe, the people who do not fall into the fold of its passionate corporations, that we are the strange ones, the boring ones, the fools, or the crazy ones who do not know how to live life. They tell us that we only have a few days and that we should not think over things too much because after all we have to die; that is the story used by worldly people to kill themselves working all week only to spend all the money on the weekend getting into a heavy binge, a heavy high, and living passing romantic adventures.
Those whom the world calls sane are the ones falling down drunk with liquor or drugs in hand singing in bars, while those of us who are different and take care of our money and our home are marginalized.
We are also bombarded by foreign businesses and telephone or cable companies that entered through free trade and look like watchmen or Jehovah's Witnesses, coming from house to house to knock on the door wanting to privatize us from our own home, and they get angry if one does not open for them.
Others come with credit cards and travel agencies looking to see how they can take away the little or much that one has, and if one tells them that they do not have money, they say it does not matter because you have a card, wanting to extract what you have almost by force. That is why we must close the doors to them even if they dislike us; we must be meek but not dim, good but not foolish, because many people only speak to one for business, and once the business is finalized, if I saw you, I do not remember you. If one goes through a necessity or urgency, nobody appears nor does anyone have money for you, but everyone wants to extract money from you.
These are the arguments that Cira Arroyo Fuentes gives in solitude upon seeing how materialistic people are playing with everything and extracting money from others, to the point that they are left without eating, losing houses, cars, and farms for running like monkeys behind every invention of large companies to get them out of the house, ending up completely broke for not knowing how to think or manage their money. If a person is empty inside, no matter how much they do on the outside, they will never be filled; nothing of this world will satisfy them, only God, only Christ, only the Spirit of God is capable of filling us and satisfying us, because he who has Christ has everything and he who does not have Him has absolutely nothing.
So you will know whether you remain living as one more puppet of this ambitious commerce or if you bar the door of your house and stand firm; the truth is that he who does not have the Spirit of God inside is an empty vessel with much adornment on the outside, and at the time of an urgency, he will be left alone because the world only seeks business and your money, but later, if I saw you, I do not remember you.
We must stand firm upon the rock which is Christ and stop being puppets of this materialistic and ambitious world. As the word of the Lord teaches us in the gospel according to Saint Matthew, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock, and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, but it did not fall because it had been founded on the rock; on the other hand, everyone who hears these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand, and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was its ruin.
🕊️ Bible Verse
Proverbs 4:26, Saint Matthew 10:14, and Saint Matthew 7:24-27
I have reviewed some verses about watching where you place your feet and cleaning your footwear so as not to be contaminated by the current of the world. The word of God teaches us in Proverbs 4:26: "Ponder the path of your feet, and let all your ways be established," and the Lord Jesus himself told his disciples in Saint Matthew 10:14 that when leaving a place that would not receive them, they should shake off the dust from their feet, a sacred instruction to keep our footwear clean and not contaminate our body or our soul with the filth of those passionate and wayward environments.

🎯 Mensaje Central
Proverbios 4:26, San Mateo 10:14 y San Mateo 7:24-27

Autobiography: My story of self-improvement, my roots, and my vocation
I was born on August 16, 1962, in La Guácima de Alajuela, Costa Rica, specifically in La Guácima Abajo, in an area formerly known as La Hacienda Nuestro Amo. I am a Christian woman and I consider God to be my only representative; from a very young age, He gave me the certainty and passion of knowing that I was born to be a writer. I remember with immense happiness my childhood with a pencil and paper in hand, observing every detail around me to immerse myself deeply in my thoughts and bring them to life through letters. I graduated from primary education at the Once de Abril School in Guácima Abajo in 1973 and completed high school at the Liceo San Rafael de Alajuela in 1979. Later, I obtained the title of Clerk 2 (Oficinista 2) at the former Escuela Comercial Alajuelense, in downtown Alajuela.
On April 26, 1986, I got married and, a few months later, in the month of August, I moved to the United States. I resided in Miami, Florida, for almost 18 years, a very significant stage of my life where my two beloved daughters were born and where I was publicly known under the name of Cira Ujueta. In 1995, I made the decision to separate and obtained my legal divorce in American lands in 1996, managing to validate this process in Costa Rica in the year 2010. During my stay abroad, I continued my academic preparation studying English as a Second Language (ESOL) at Miami Dade Community College and successfully graduated with a specialty in Computer Business Application from the Miami Technical Institute in 1997, a valuable opportunity that I deeply thank the United States Government for providing me through an advanced technological scholarship.
My stay in Miami was full of diverse experiences and great artistic blessings. In my youth, I had the opportunity to participate in the television program Fabulosos Sábados and competed twice in the renowned show Sábado Gigante. In 1997, I won first place in the Music Contest of the Santa Cecilia Cultural Society with my composition titled "Un Cantor Alegre" (A Joyful Singer), a written contest organized and published by Diario Las Américas. Likewise, in 1998, I participated in a poetry contest of the Peruvian Cultural Institute based in Miami; although I did not win the main prize, three of my unpublished poems were selected and published in the official book of Poets and Narrators of 1998 in North America. On July 6, 1999, I achieved a great civil milestone by obtaining my American Citizenship, a day on which I legally recovered my full maiden name, Cira Arroyo Fuentes, and a month later, on August 17, 1999, my last child was born. In February of the year 2002, I made the decision to return permanently to my beloved Costa Rica. I continued my spirit of self-improvement and in 2009, I actively participated in the General Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs taught by CEFOF (Regional Center for Productivity). Similarly, for several years I was part of the Ágape Program of the National Technical University (UTN), where I enriched my knowledge by taking various training courses in Literature, Emotional Intelligence, Painting, Crafts, Guitar, Hydroponics, Food Dehydration, Agriculture, Medicinal Plants, and Orchids. Currently, I am retired due to proportional disability and have decided to pour my entire existence, my time, and my energies into my Independent Ministry of unpublished writings and my digital Channel, composing songs, creating videos, and fervently preaching the word of God.
From what I have been able to cultivate in my life and seeing the structure of my thought, I recognize myself with total frankness and respect as a highly intelligent, analytical, and wise person; I am absolutely not a fool. In fact, my way of seeing the world demonstrates a type of intelligence that goes far beyond the ordinary. First, I possess a great analytical and observational intelligence that my mind uses to make a clear X-ray of society. My analysis of estate owners who drown in debt and end up abusing others is not the thought of someone foolish; it is a brilliant sociological and economic observation where I manage to accurately see the cause (greed and appearances) and the effect (the loss of peace and abuse). Likewise, I fully apply the concept of "sucroleando" (sugar-rolling/scanning) to describe how ambitious people scan the lives of others looking for weaknesses to manipulate them, demonstrating a great capacity to conceptualize complex human behaviors. Thanks to this analytical ability I possess, I have been able to fulfill myself as an independent writer. But to reach this point, I had to courageously escape from the clutches of the devil and manipulators, because if I hadn't done so, I would have become just another victim of theirs and would never have been myself. I sincerely know that wealthy and manipulative families are always looking for ways to save themselves from the slavery they themselves hold, looking for whom to pull into their net to be saved by the bell; perhaps they wanted to pick me up and take me since I was a little girl because they perceived that ability I had, trying to pull me into their bag for their own convenience and benefit. But tough luck for them! Because I prefer a thousand times to have my page and my website without profit motives, rather than making a lot of money for other manipulators to live off my back.
Secondly, I have developed advanced financial wisdom throughout my experiences. My advice to never buy a house based on two or more salaries is a personal finance rule recommended by the most prestigious economists in the world to avoid bankruptcy; I apply it out of pure common sense and prudence. I know how to understand the cost of material things, realizing that each new object, house, or business is not "freedom" but a burden that requires maintenance; this is a profound truth that most wealthy people understand too late, when they are already trapped by their own possessions. In the world, anyone who does not agree with the system or does not allow themselves to be manipulated by those who think they own society or by influential families, they look for a way to give them a drug or an injection to send them straight to a psychiatric hospital to receive electric shocks under the excuse that they lost their sanity. They pretend to use confinement to break minds they cannot control, but what they do with those methods is leave people crazier and destroy their peace. This has been hinted to me many times throughout my life to try to instill fear and make me doubt, but thanks to God, they could never carry it out nor have they been able to defeat me because my firm mind and my material detachment are my invisible shield. This process of detachment from the world has been crucial in my life, because if I hadn't gone through it, I wouldn't be who I am today; detaching myself from the world made me attach myself more to God, and that is why I look and live much more inward than outward.
Thirdly, I possess a profound emotional and spiritual intelligence where I use writing as an absolute outlet.
I understand that creating "Spiritual Castles" through writing frees my mind and heals my spirit in a way that is pure therapy; I know how to channel my experiences and turn them into an eternal legacy that generates no expenses but generates incalculable value.
I seek self-sufficiency at my own pace: knowing my limits, respecting my own stride, walking on foot to take care of my health, and keeping my blog free of debt so as not to depend on anyone is the purest definition of freedom and inner peace. My commitment to freedom, expressed in simplicity and self-sufficiency, keeps me far from debt and manipulation. Extracting thoughts from my own inspiration requires a lot of dedication, perseverance, and discipline, remaining alert at all times so as not to let any celestial idea escape while the world simply strolls or amuses itself. I do not like to waste my time in vain activities or be in places where I feel I am losing time without seeing anything productive; I prefer to live more toward my interior, which is where I find the true wealth in the spirit and not outside in the world, where what is in excess are hypocritical people and particular interests of individuals who only want to use one to make money or benefit in some way.
Today's society sometimes tries to make people believe that someone's value is measured by how many cars they have, what clothes they wear, or how many properties they own. Under that superficial gaze of the world, the values of detachment and simplicity can be misunderstood. But before the eyes of true wisdom, peace of mind, and God, my philosophy of life is an indestructible refuge of light. I choose to be the author of my own self-improvement workshop because I have a brilliant mind and I am the owner of my own destiny as an independent writer, where my only boss is God, depending totally on Him. I know that we see faces but we do not know fortunes, and my greatest fortune is the spiritual tranquility that I place on each of these pages for the Glory of the Lord. My absolute motto is that we are all equal before God; no one is more or less than anyone else, so we must never exalt ourselves or diminish ourselves before others, but treat each person as an equal. My life is the living testimony that physical barriers or external manipulation attempts cannot imprison a brilliant mind that walks hand in hand with God and the Holy Spirit. I prefer a thousand times to keep walking on foot at my own pace, breathing the fresh air of the street and liberating my soul through my eternal writings that require no earthly maintenance.

📝 Why do people pay for their own destruction

Unscrupulous business owners profiting from the client's dissatisfaction, low self-esteem, lack of character, and insecurity.

I myself was almost a victim of this deception. Once, a stylist told me my eyebrows looked like a beehive because they were so ugly. He sat me down to do my eyebrows, telling me he would do them for free and that he was going to "make me look pretty so I could get a boyfriend." That works exactly like drugs: they give you the first dose for free so you fall into their trap, become dependent, and then have to pay them a fortune. And when I caught him off guard, he pulled out a razor and managed to scrape a piece of my eyebrow above my left eye before I forcefully grabbed his hand. He told me that to "shape them," he had to remove ALL of my eyebrows. I stood up from the chair and left him alone. When I refused, he got angry and insulted me, calling me old-fashioned and ugly. This is the smooth talk they use to deceive young girls and turn them into slaves of the salons, bringing them money all the time. They do not care about your health or your face; their only real conversation behind people's backs is: "What can we invent for this old lady to take her money?"
Paying for their own destruction in the pursuit of perfection: the business of dissatisfaction that finances the alteration of one's own identity, from makeup with harmful chemicals (which destroy the skin barrier, cause alopecia, and saturate the body with heavy metals), to the toxicity of beauty salons —where chemical straighteners with formaldehyde drastically raise the risk of cancer, abrasive dyes burn the scalp, and fumes from acrylic nails cause respiratory damage and asthma— to tattoos, extreme piercings, and cosmetic surgeries that mutilate the anatomy; changing the illusion of ideal beauty for the harsh reality of destroying one's own body.

In today's society, a very contradictory dynamic is observed where people with hidden intentions disguise themselves as benefactors to gain the trust of others, while those who try to warn about the danger are labeled as conflictive. The core of this strategy lies in a very cold economic and psychological objective, which consists of getting the victim themselves to finance and grant power to their executioner, paying for their own destruction.
The absolute truth is that this does not only affect one group, but everyone in general is falling into the trap. Everyone goes like blind sheep to pay high amounts of money for their own destruction and their own ruin. This phenomenon operates systematically through a facade of fake altruism and commercial aesthetics, where excessive courtesy, false promises of perfection, and excessive attention are used as an investment to inflate final costs.
The real purpose of this behavior is to make the honest person let their guard down completely and feel a moral debt or an absolute need for appearance, which will later be charged with material resources. The Holy Scriptures already warned us about this danger in the Book of Proverbs, chapter twenty-six, verse twenty-five, pointing out that even if the liar speaks with a gracious tone, we should not believe him, because seven destructive abominations are hidden in his heart.
When a third party detects this deception and exposes the truth, manipulators react defensively and immediately to protect their interests and their source of income, head-on and without shame. It is a true reality that when a manipulator cannot control a person, the faked affection turns immediately into hostility, hatred, and strange looks. To discredit the warning, a defamation campaign is launched where the honest person is falsely painted as the villain of the story.
By isolating the victim from their true support networks and their biological family, opportunists secure absolute control of the estate or the available financial pie. The cycle closes when the person, confused by false displays of affection and trends, voluntarily hands over their capital, their time, and their health to those who exploit them day by day. This is clearly manifested in intra-family financial abuse, where honest individuals work exhaustively like barbarians to pay for the good life of parasitic in-laws.
This shamelessness reaches its most tragic point in the commercial exploitation of aesthetics and beauty salons, where clients pay exorbitant sums for invasive chemical treatments and surgeries that destroy health. In the most extreme and painful cases that have occurred recently in clandestine or negligent aesthetic clinics in countries like Colombia, people not only lose their money head-on to shameless merchants, but they end up losing their lives on a stretcher.
The fact that people pay fortunes to center aesthetics and surgical places without scruples shows that today's society is directly financing its own executioners to mistreat them and kill them. The apostle Paul reminded us in the first letter to the Corinthians, chapter six, verse nineteen, that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, which is in us and was given to us by God, so we do not belong to ourselves to destroy it in that manner.
The only defense against this structure of manipulation and blatant robbery in broad daylight is individual firmness, maintaining independence in personal care, and setting strict boundaries with interested people. The use of legal prudence through revocable wills without transfer of life-usufructs ensures that the patrimony remains shielded from external greed, allowing the person to retain their dignity and always walk guided by the light of divine justice.
